At the Soap Lounge, each order is made fresh on demand to ensure fresheness when you receive your products. Orders can take up to one week depending on what raw ingredients we have in stock. We will always contact you and let you know when to expect your shipment. Orders are shipped via parcel post unless otherwise specified. Please let us know if there is a certain time you need your order shipped in and we will do our best to meet your need!
We strive to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with your products & purchases; however we can only accept returns on items that are unused, untested and new. You then get "in house" credit good towards any of our products. If a mistake was sent on our part, we will refund shipping. We can not accept returns on products that have been opened due to the nature of our products. We do not accept exchanges - due to the nature of the products. Please choose products carefully.
